Although traditionally speaking tambourines would always have a head (a skin/membrane on a frame), these days you can get a range, such as headless and half-moon models. The Traditional Tambourine

Made of robust wood and riveted natural skin head, creates a traditional sound 4-6 pairs of zills produce a bright consistent effect. Also available in 8 inch and 6 inch.


Headless Tambourine

Headless version, made of strong wood creates a traditional sound with 4-6 pairs of Zills producing a bright consistent tone. Also available in 8 inch and 6 inch.

Half Moon Tambourine

Made of smooth, solid plastic with a comfortable ‘easy grip’ handle and 8 pairs of zills, they produce a brilliant tone and performance. Also available in black, blue, white and yellow.

Early Years Tambourine

The perfect instrument for children's groups as it was designed with the younger musician in mind, and smallest hand size to join in with performances.


Mini Tambourine

In the style of the larger half-moon tambourines mentioned above, this model is built from strong moulded plastic and 4 metal jingles and is available in red and black. Perfect for musical groups, it is a great way of encouraging all to get involved with music.
