Flexible Shipping Services
We offer various shipping services to suit differing order volumes. Palletised road shipments from our UK base are generally the most cost effective for our EU customers, but for larger volume we can supply via containers direct from our factories on an FOB basis.
CE Marked Products
Our products are CE marked where required, all instruments and packaging meet the relevant EU regulations. We can provide all necessary certificates, such as EN71, REACH and Declarations of Conformity so you can stock with the confidence that your goods are fully compliant.
Digital Marketing Assets
We will provide you with all the images, descriptions, videos and user manuals you need to launch our products and have text copy available in 8 European languages. All assets will be available through a dedicated online space for your marketing team to easily access.

Factory Direct Supply
Customers based outside of the UK/EU are supplied direct from our factories, usually via 20’ or 40’ containers. Shipping Terms are normally FOB but we are flexible and will work with you to find the best shipping method and terms to minimise your landed cost.

What's the difference between Dropship and Stockist/Distributor?
Dropship is also know as Direct Fulfilment or Direct Supply. Using this model you don’t need to hold any stock, simply advertise our brands on your site, send us the orders and we’ll take care of shipping the products directly to your customer. (Please note Dropship is only currently available to businesses serving customers in the UK).
As a Stockist/Distributor you purchase the stock from us and handle all of the fulfilment directly (with our sales and marketing support of course!). This gives you more control over the customer journey and allows you to combine supply of our brands with others to offer a more streamlined delivery experience.

Shipping times vary depending on the model you are operating (Dropship/Stockist), order volumes and your geographical location. We pride ourselves on delivering to schedule but always advise building in some flexibility to allow for the unpredictable nature of international shipping.
